Lord, help us to remember when we first met
and the strong love that grew between us.
Help us to harmonize our present misunderstandings.
Help each of us to see the good within the other.
Help us to think positively and by Thy help find answers
to all our problems.
Help us each to keep watch over our tongues,
controlling the unkind remark and the short retort.
Help us to say the kind and loving things
and make us big enough to ask forgiveness of the other.
We put our marriage into Your hands. Amen.
